Inside the Launch of Wayuu Flowers Across Our Farms.

Before a Wayuu flower reaches the other side of the world, there is a story that begins on our farms: the story of the people who make every stem possible.

Over the past few weeks, Wayuu brought the launch of its brand to its 8 farms, creating spaces for connection and engagement with more than 2,000 employees across different areas and processes. The goal was much more than introducing a new identity: it was about sharing the Wayuu story with the people who build it every day and strengthening the connection between our brand, our people, and the markets we reach around the world.

Knowing Our Story to Live Our Brand

During the launch sessions, our cultivation and post-harvest teams, process leaders, farm managers, and administrative teams had the opportunity to learn more about and explore different aspects of the brand. We talked about Wayuu's history and evolution, our mission, vision, and values, as well as key facts about the brand, the markets we reach, and the importance of our customers.

But behind each of these numbers are people. That is why, before continuing to take Wayuu to the world, we wanted to bring Wayuu closer to the people who make that journey possible.

Every Role Matters

One of the key messages of this launch was to recognize and celebrate the work of our employees. Every area plays an essential role in the story of a flower. It is not simply about producing and exporting; it is about caring for every detail so that our flowers reach our customers with the quality that represents Wayuu.

From Customers to Our People

As part of these sessions, our teams also had the opportunity to learn more about the markets our flowers reach and understand who is behind each destination.

Wayuu exports to more than 34 countries, with a presence across North America, Europe, and other regions around the world.

Additionally, some of our customers wanted to be part of this launch by sending special messages directly to our farm teams.

These messages helped connect two parts of the same story: the people who make everyflower possible and the people who receive them on the other side of the world.

Wayuu Ambassadors

One of the most important moments of the launch was the selection of the Wayuu Ambassadors. A total of 140 employees were selected across the 8 farms. Their purpose will be to bring the essence of Wayuu to their teams and become ambassadors of our culture.

The Ambassadors represent a new stage in this process: bringing what they learned during the launch into everyday life and helping our culture continue to grow from each farm.

Behind every Wayuu stem is a team that understands where our flowers are going, who receives them, and why every detail matters.

Wayuu Starts With Our People.

From ourfarms to the world. One story, one purpose, one Wayuu.
